Delivery

Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours. The delivery time can vary from location to location. Most of our orders are delivered within 2 days. If you have not received your parcel within 3 days, please contact us.

Yes. You can select collection instead of delivery. You can collect your items from Ashleigh House, JFK Rd, Dublin D12 VE06. It is important to note that after you have placed an order for collection you MUST wait until you receive a confirmation email from us confirming that your order is ready for collection.

We send our parcels via DPD. DPD deliver parcels Monday to Saturday.  You will receive a text notification advising of the expected delivery date & time.

Payment

Create an account. It is very quick and easy. Enter your name, address etc. Once you have created an account you are ready to place an order. Select the products you wish to purchase and add to the cart. When you are ready to pay for your order click on the cart to proceed to payment. You will be redirected to Realex/Global Pay to complete the transaction. Enter your payment details. After payment has been made you will receive an order confirmation.

Visa , Mastercard & All Debit Cards

We only accept card payments.

The website shows the prices with and without VAT.

Your Order

When your order has been dispatched you will receive a text notification with tracking number to enable you to track your order. You will receive a notification advising of the expected delivery date & time. If you have not received your order or a notification with 3 days please contact us.

Yes, you can place a Click & Collect order online and make payment online.

Refunds & Returns

If incorrect quantities or the wrong product have been ordered we will accept return if the goods are unopened and without defect, the cost of the return will be covered by the customer. 

Specially sourced products may not be returned. 

We will not exchange used equipment or products. If you are unsure which products you require contact us before you place an order so we can advise you. For goods to be considered for return and refund they must be in perfect merchandisable condition, capable of resale and be completely without defect when checked by a representative of the company. Any damage or defect will totally cancel any obligation by the company for any refund whatsoever. 

If you have received a damaged item you might please contact us by email bonaireland@gmail.com and we will arrange a refund/replacement.
